This is achieved through strategic partnerships with local institutions like YMCA locations and churches, especially in underserved “food deserts.” This investment supports the establishment of local honey production and pollinator gardens, aiming to improve access to fresh produce and build local capacity.

The learning process is deeply integrated with practical application. Participants are involved in “raising bees, bottling hope,” from tending hives to harvesting, packaging, and crucially, selling the honey.
